Who can buy
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from this store. By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that the products are legal to purchase and possess where you live. We may cancel any order we believe violates this.
Our products
Our dugouts, bats, chillums, and trays are intended for legal use with legal substances only. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Everything we sell is made from solid hardwood and finished by hand. Grain, color, and figure vary from piece to piece, so the item you receive will not be identical to the photograph. That variation is a property of the material, not a defect.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We try to keep pricing and stock accurate, but if an item is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you and either correct the order or refund it in full.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through Authorize.net. We do not store your full card details. Orders ship once payment is authorized.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Warranty and disclaimer
We stand behind our workmanship. If a piece arrives defective or fails through no fault of your own, contact us and we will make it right. Beyond that, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Intellectual property
The Bad Ash name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
