Bad Ash Dugouts (“we,” “us”) sells handcrafted wooden dugouts, bats, and accessories at badashdugouts.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order.
Payment details: we never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Authorize.net, which handles the card data directly. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card brand.
When you contact us: whatever you put in the message, plus your name, email address, and the IP address the message came from.
Automatically: standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, plus cookies that keep your cart and session working. Cookies used for the cart and checkout are required for the store to function.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Contact messages are kept until they are resolved and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you email. Write to info@deezsmokeshop.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law.
Age restriction
This store is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site runs over HTTPS and payment data is handled by our payment processor rather than stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.
